Fitness for Purpose?

I was told by my neighbour (who was probably lieing) that it was very low grade and easy to do. I have got a wii that I took to the apartment so I can work out while I am there, but it's been there about 2 months now and I still have not worked out how to set it up. I don't know why I find things so hard to do, especially as when I first bought it I did it no problem. I think it is because it has a freeview box and my brain can't work out what I'm tuning it in to or which remote to use.

Looks like I'm going to be exercising with zumba on Tuesdays and singing on Wednesdays. How busy is my life going to be?

So my main thread is

"What do you do to make u look/feel good?"

I have had several failed attempts to gain control of my body. Over 3 years of webcamming pretty much 7 days a week has taken its toll. I have no times for Gyms, literally no time! I tried Curves Gym which was brilliant but even a 30 minutes workout was over an hour by the time I walked there and back!

I tried Dukans Diet which again was amazing in all ways best diet ever but it was costly and too much time cooking!

So once again I am having what I will call a real go. No fancy diets just plain old calorie counting duh! Making the effort to weigh out my food etc and that is going well.

and to exercise I have signed up to the "wobbly machines"

Those vibrating plate things, I got for 10 minutes 6 days a week. I've not been doing it long but I did my research fist and I'm really enjoying.

A sunbed shop near me does it, I've seen a few advertise having them and the odd Beauty salon. I think they would be expensive to buy but the the website says you can rent them £12 a week. I would like to have one at home because now I'm getting into all the different positions more 10 minutes makes it a bit tight to fit them in.

In general people are quite suspicious of them but you really do feel it!! lol I wouldn't say it was worth if it you could only manage a couple of times a week really need to be everyday. (the place is closed on sundays lol)

hmm I don't think I'd trust one that cheap! lol

I also don't have space for one so lets hope the sunbed shop sticks around as it very close to my house lol

That was the one thing I used to enjoy going on when I went to the gym last year. It's fun having your whole body vibrated and i was doing lots of different positions too. I would consider buying or renting one if I thought it had the desired effect, so let us know how it goes Jem.
