Why is the Rental section of AW so finicky to use? And shows incorrect information...
I mean I finally worked out how to use the FTP way of uploading and got a rental movie up and online, though the images were not showing correctly. So I've edited and put more pics up that work, and changed the pricing policy.
Now the movie has been checked and back online... But is showing as only 44 seconds long, as opposed to the real length which is 18+ mins. It was shown correctly first time round before editing... File size is way too small aswell.
Help please.

I thought AW were discouraging people from sending rental movies in?
Must admit I haven't uploaded one since they encouraged peeps to just upload clips instead

Hey sorry for the slow reply, it's an android app - FtpCafe.

Hi, it may have some sort of timeout function. I would try as a test adding it to a computer and using filezilla to transfer the video file.

But the thing is, it was showing correctly until I edited/changed photos and changed the pricing policy. So the problem isn't at my end. I've deleted it for now anyway.

Hi, did you edit it within a few hours of adding the movie?

No, only after it went 'online' and realised the supplied screenshots were still not showing correctly.
