JCI disconnecting and disconnecting my internet all along

There has been ongoing issues since summer with this. JCI made a half assed reply to say a new update would not be rolled out until the end of the year to remedy it despite a mass of cam girls complaining. Adultwork refusing to acknowledge anything has happened. Been an absolute shit show, clients are going elsewhere and for some of us the change in earnings is a big problem. x

Hi, thnx for your reply, and yes, my earnings have dropped dramatically, like a lot! The problem is not only affecting jci itself but also everything i run on the same computer i run aw software coz it makes my whole internet on this computer drop and i know its jci doing it, because i run another lap top aside this one using the same connection and on wifi (the one dropping with aw is wired to the wall), and it never drops, ever! Its beyong shitty and it makes me want quitting camming on aw, for real. This is just no way of working whatsoever.
