Hi all,
Direct Cam ALWAYS loses connection when I'm in a Private Chat. These past 2 days - It keeps disconnecting. Is anyone else having this issue and knows how to prevent it?

Yes I have been experiencing the same thing. It's not always, just now and again. But enough to get annoying!

Luckily they come back online but, still when you have been sat and your waiting and then you get your client and it cuts off it just feels like a waste of time and then you lose out on Money and time x

It would appear that David at Istreaming doesn't give a flying fuck that it is affecting us badly. Perhaps We should remind him that 5% of our earnings is paid to him. I emailed him yesterday after a wasted day of constant disconnecting. Below is a copy of my email to him and his rather snotty reply :

You will need to wait for it to clear up. While I would love to have 100% connection ability for everyone, in the real world of networking this is not possible. that's not very helpful is it.....I've looked to see if there is an update of justcamit but there isn't.......maybe these issues explain the limited traffic on top of it being January .....
