Not sure there is anything else you can do, other than learn from this expensive mistake
Try contacting kylie bank again , she should try and refund you at the very least if her movie clip doesn't work
If the movie has been checked by aw all movies are checked that they work by aw and your system cant play it , not got the right codecs installed possibly then the clip wont play

Well, I wasn't even given the option to download. So that is definitely not my systems fault.

Just move on x steer clear of the lass from now on and use other providers
