i've tried some, plus i eat everything ya not supposed to. i am a junk food aholic, but i have never been able to gain weight, even went through a stage where i went down to 6 stone, no change in diet, just lost weight, luckily i am a steady 7 stone now, would love to get to 8, but i don't think i can

I am the same as you Katie I really struggle to keep weight on even after 2 kids I am the same as I was when I was 16, it does have its downside though apart from struggling sometimes to get clothes that fit properly I find I am always cold the slightest breeze and I shiver and get goosebumps and I also find that I get tired very quickly
