Payout request

Hi Admin,

I was wondering whether i could have a payout today please, I did try and do a request last night but the site was down and followed your instructions to request via skype which I did but you were offline and then sent an email just in case.  I noticed everything was back online today and completed the POR form this morning just confuse matters even more.
