i understand the 'at discretion' tag and respect that on a girl's profile but what bugs me is when they tick fk and fk at discretion. just tick one or the other to avoid simpletons like me getting confused.
have to agree with your other response of a simplistic horny male view, c'mon you would be disappointed if i was anything else.

Many profiles are very confusing when it comes to likes dislikes and then read the FAQ's, to enlighten you on the meaning behind the two

French Kissing: if a girl has this box ticked it means that she may or may not offer you this service, if she does she may charge extra for it. But it is at her discretion if she offers it or not

French Kissing At discretion: Does what is says on the tin, if a girl has this box ticked it means that she may or may not offer you this service, if she does she may well charge extra for it. But it is at her discretion if she offers it or not

You can also assume that she will only actually meetyou at her discretion adn should she do so, anything else she does will also be at her discretion.
