Mine are def not cold to touch, but like i have mentioned i had ample boobage mine just need plumping up, but i have a huge implant in them.

you can feel the implant at times, depending on what position your in, but for the main they just feel part of me.

your get bad scars with an uplift which is what i need to consider , i didnt have an uplift last time as i did not want scars, but i dont think i will get away not having one next time.

Scars should be minimal with a normal boob job, you can hardly see mine unless i really lift them up and the scar is faint.

I was born with big boobs so didnt know and different but i didnt want saggy ones................and i dont care how old you are, for me i wont be growing old gracefully and will look after myself, i do not want saggy tits ..............although maybe when i get to 80 i may turned a blind eye. lol

The only downside i would say is you need to wear a bra all the time if you have huge implants, you need to look after them or they will go south too early.
