Hi, may of been a one off blip in the internet connection, either on your end or JCI's end to your area.
Did it fix itself?

FPS means lightning.....u need great light in your room and that will increase your fps. Buy a bulb or professional umbrellas to get more light on you. That means the light is behind the cam on you; other things that might help increasing your fps: disable your not necessary programs which start with windows, update your cam and splitcam drivers, clean cache and cookies, run an antivirus, run defrag.
I updated my drivers and thats why now my fps is lower than before, i went back on the update but it didnt help, so i just bought a big pro light and will put it in my room to see if my fps increases dramatically.

"Frames per second"
Better lighting decreases the stress on your processor allowing for more frames per second to be shown.
