Ageplay - legalitys.
#1
I've noticed ALOT of profiles advertising ageplay and some lady posted before saying someone said something horrible to her which was that 'she looked like his underage daughter' ... I know a lot of guys like this kind of chat but what is the legal side to it?

Are you allowed to JUST talk about yourself when you was younger or pretending to be younger?

I know it's so taboo I just want to know the ins and outs of what people can and can not say...

Guys come in like 'your my 12 year old girl' I'm like ':/ I do not mention ages' can these guys get in trouble?

Role playing paedophilia over the telephone, direct IM, direct cam..... wherever is illegal. They would count as producing and distributing extreme pornographic material.

Adult babies for the most part is an age regression situation situation about loving nurturing - which is perfectly legal. Anyone adding sexual elements to an adult baby situation could be argued as again indulging paedophilia fantasies and distribution of such material.

It'd be worth taking some time to look in to porn law so you know what you're agreeing to and the legal repercussions of indulging clients.

I just read this from somewhere online:

Age Play:
“A form of roleplaying in which an individual acts or treats another as if they were a different age, sexual or non-sexually.”
Throughout the kinkster community there has been a known element of roleplaying known as “Age Play,” in which consenting adults play the roles of certain ages and perform both sexual and non-sexual fantasies. This also includes adults roleplaying as prepubescent children, which is only able to maintain a legal right in performance due to it pertaining to consenting adults. The issue here isn’t “Age Play,” let alone consenting adults practicing roleplaying fantasies; rather the issue is in the risk of “Age Play” being performed in a virtual world.

Because it is two consenting adults pretending to be young then it's legal...

& this, what is everybody's else's thoughts ect..?

''The dissent accuses us of silently overruling our prior decisions in Ferber and Free Speech Coalition. According to the dissent, Congress has made an end-run around the First Amendment’s protection of virtual child pornography by prohibiting proposals to transact in such images rather than prohibiting the images themselves. But an offer to provide or request to receive virtual child pornography is not prohibited by the statute. A crime is committed only when the speaker believes or intends the listener to believe that the subject of the proposed transaction depicts real children. It is simply not true that this means “a protected category of expression [will] inevitably be suppressed.” Simulated child pornography will be as available as ever, so long as it is offered and sought as such, and not as real child pornography.''

Not something that I would ever get involved in, as an escort I have always declined any form of age roleplay, but I also do not do roleplay of any sort, I guess it takes a certain type of mind set.

But, whatever the legal issues are, you yourself have to be comfortable with what you are doing, if it is something that you are not happy with, then do not do it.

I do not say ages anyways, I just don't that is because I think it is wrong, but p

I do not mind doing Daddy daughter role plays and what not, I do not say any ages under 16 (& that is just about me, I tell them I did stuff younger, but surely that can't be illegal? It's just my past life.. I sound and look young, so I know there imagination runs away with them, I just wondered if them saying to me you look 12 I like that... is illegal? But reading the posts I copied above sounds to me like, it's legal to chat about people under 16 in a sexual way aslong as you ain't acting it out in real life..

I still won't do this even if legal, just something tells me more than likely my conscience not to mention children just keep it about myself not anybody else.

Err on the side of caution.

Consider this very hypothetical situation: Dude comes to you for a roleplay that skirts the bounds of legality. You play along. Dude then turns out to be an actual beast who has child abuse content on his computer which gets seized.......... and he's been filming you on cam playing out his fantasies too/copying your typed chats/ recording your conversations on the phone.

Are you content to be associated with this person?

If you wouldn't want to be associated with this person, stay the hell away. If you're fine with flipping the coin and trusting that he isn't a paedo, then that's your call. What amount of money is worth that, though?

I agree with the other girls.. it's not worth it. Many people say them playing out a fantasy will stop them from doing anything in real life and I disagree. It's not ok to talk of children that way & playing along will only give them reassurance that it's fine when it clearly isn't. Someone told me I looked like his underage daughter last night, I told him he was disgusting and that he would be blocked and reported!

Aye yeah been reading up and looked at youtubes about that 'second life' and how there all doing it and torture with young avatars on this social site but the government are saying it's legal it's just fantasy, It's so hard on them though because I totally get both points on 'if they do it online they will not do it in person'
so this saves children (even though it's sick ) but some people don't even realise they get turned on by certain things until it's been shown to them or pushed on them by porn, see a women in a school uniform or a 18/30 year old pretending to be babies sucking on bottles then a cock.. you think fuck of NO! See if like 'oh yes' then go around thinking about it, maybe even feeling guilty but then go out and do it anyways, so it's a tough call for them to stop (plus they never will)

What's the rulings about what I said before, I've seen girls on MV in nappies sucking a dummy then a penis, that allowed? What about real life are you allowed to roleplay this kiddy fantasy in your own house, I know adult babies but do they ever take a spanking to far?

I've also thought about my content being on 'P's' computers, I would be saying 'I don't say ages' but if the police thought I was underage then I'd be expecting a knock at my door ha

Sorry about this sick convo I just like to get peoples opinions and facts...

Does anyone on here do Ageplay roleplay to a underage level? What do you think about it?

(Guyssss never everrrr talk about the torture of a kid or go on stupid sites with avatars to abuse! Sickos Tongue)

I do adult baby scenarios, but they are strictly non-sexual. The moment baby wants me to fondle him as I change his nappy, is the moment the session ends. Adult baby is nurturing and basically going back to being a baby. That is perfectly legal. The moment you add a sexual element to it, then it becomes illegal.

As a general rule, anything which involves a minor be it physically or mentally is illegal. Even if guys say "oh it's just fantasy", it still rings alarm bells. The very fact that underage play floats their boat is very disturbing, so I don't go there. It's not worth it - keep it legal or you'll end up in hot water ;-)
