customer name and credits didn't show up on cam

Hey AW,

I've just had someone come into my direct chat twice. Their username i think was jonnylondon. They didn't stay for long but neither has their name or credits spent shown up on my income/tips today window. I've just checked my credit statement and its not on their either.

I was just wondering why this could have happened and to obvs inform you guys in case he has some way of coming into direct chat without paying!

Have you got free chat enabled by accident?

Also, did he speak toy you at all? It could be that it didn't connect properly.

We've had it a few times, only been in for around 20 seconds though. Turns out it never actually connected for them, but shows they are in on our end.
