Hi, there is no extra % on top of AW's %. Our service is free to the end user and if you are on Payout On Request or Weekly pay we'll be paying you an extra 2.5% for using our service.

AW pay us directly.

I realised this after posting. I didn't know about the issues. Very frustrating as aw will be making nice interest on our money. No doubt still be charged full commission too

I really do not think that AW are worried about a small amount of interest they may or may not make (probably not) out of this fiasco that has caused them a lot of extra work and problems, through no fault of their own.

Ok so I now see we are being paid 50 max limit which I received today and was a huge help. Does anyone know if there are any updates on the crisis? I know dp are keeping us informed but does anyone know when aw will have all this sorted and normal daily payments will resume?

Hi, new update was posted, everything has been sorted now, all pay is being sent now by staff.

So can I ask with the min 50 limit any extra owed will be on its way? Also am I right in thinking if I work tonight I will receive my funds tomorrow as normal? xx

Hi, no limit any more and any due funds are on their way now yes, payouts will be made tomorrow as normal for any earnings from today yes.

Also one last question (I know I'm a pain in the bum) if I work say 10pm until 2am will I be paid up until 2 am that day it as it's classed as the next day will it go over to a new day? If that ramblings makes any sense lol x
