I am a bit frustrated in that the escorts I have visited and 
pretty poor at footjobs.
I try to instruct them the way I mainly like it (i.e. soles tight together on

I dear say it comes down to the level of core fitness.
May be best to look for someone who does yoga, weight training etc.
Since, they build up inner core on the stomach, legs and even feet. Making them less tired or puffed out.

I'd suggest mimicking the movements you instruct to others to give you what you're looking for and see how long you can do it. It will give you an idea of the muscles being used and the physical strain it takes to carry out the request. Repetitive short movements back and forth with the feet elevated isn't just a core strength issue, the muscles of the thighs necessary to do this are the largest in the human body and fatigue quickly.

Hopefully this will let you see that the fantasy desire and the reality implications are quite different and maybe make you a little more empathetic to those who want to fulfil your requirement, but taking a toll on their own bodies to do so.

Inner core involves a host of muscles mentioned in an earlier text. In order to limit the strain on all muscles and the build up of lactic acid, requires changing  position, as you would change sexual positions.
I don’t escort, however, I am happy for you to pop into my room where I will happily illustrate for you.
You will find I don’t tire easily largely due to changing my posture and feet position.   

Moreover, as one of the posters have already said, “This is highly skilled and you require an expert” . I would therefore expect to pay significantly more.

Indeed.  I train since I was a child and many times I am amazed with how weak some new 'gym arrivals' are, whether girls or young men who cannot move even more than 4kg with one arm!!!!  Pity they give up after several sessions.

I always trained for flexibility, inner core, strength and general feel good..... plus my skin seems to like it too.  Pity I have to stop these sessions when I have months long back problems and can hardly walk: what a frustrating change!!!
