Additional credits....

Bit of a mystery going on...I was off on a mission to upgrade a ladies profile pictures the other day, while I was there she topped up her credits using a £20 Paysafecard voucher (2x10), she checked that the amount had gone on ok, then after we did the photo shoot when she logged in again she noticed that 12 minutes after she had put the credits on, an extra £9:03p is showing, has this happened to anyone else?
Its not for picture sales as the value is set at £1:50p.

Any clues?

It should indicate in credits turnover what it relates to. If not, drop AW a message via help centre.

All sorted now, the extra £9 03p was from someone buying credit via their home phone account but AW paid it into wrong account, AW have now re-homed it.
