How to remove VAT from your profile on Adultwork (service providers)

If not and you filled the form out it will be in the processing queue still. Normally 7 days turn around but due to the VAT we are attempting to get them added quicker.

I'm having problems getting through to you. There seems to be two groups AdultWorksFinestPerformers and the one I am in is never featured. Anyone have any ideas?
