Grrrr directcam playing up again

OK so they have gotten back to me and said basically thats what ive set it like? where the hell is that exactly cos i cannot find anywhere on my profile where i have put a limitation on guys coming in my room?

I've been having issues like this too, I've also had issues with my phones where guys haven't been able to get through.
AW wont do anything about it and I'm not sure why.

Well ive been trying to search through the help section on justcamit and i can say its not very helpful lol! grrr just have to grin and bare it i guess x

I've not had that problem but I did have a different problem with JCI and I emailed the JCI guys. They were very helpful and sorted it for me.
Worth a go ?
