Did I get scammed?

Hi

I happened to see a advertisement in my area and girl claims she is independent and looks alright so I decided to give her a try. Got to her flat and another woman opened the door, showed me in and offered another girl. I stayed anywayz but what was worse was I paid for a 1 hour service which ony last 10 minutes. I knew something was off the instant a different woman greeted me. A mate of mine told me a complete different story and his experience sounded far better. Did I get scammed? Should I have asked for my money or even call the police?

If the woman wasn't the one in the advert then I would say you should have walked and not parted with your cash.

Unfortunately the cash for sex 'contract' is not recognised in law, so police could not do anything about the deception or poor service.

If more than one woman at the premises(even if they only work singly) then they could be charged with brothel keeping, but general advice in the case of bait and switch (which this is) is to only hand over cash at your peril.

You had the choice NOT to see the girl and should NOT done.

You paid for an hour and only got 10 minutes, seems unreasonable but not sure what the police would say to that. How did you only get 10 minutes, you don't explain what happened.

Always be wary of calling the police, the girl, along with her witness could say the reason they asked you to leave was that you attacked the girl or where being rough with her.

Hi Daniel, did you get scammed ? well yes and no. Some on here (mentioning no names) will tell you it's your own fault for not turning around and walking out when you didn't meet the woman from the ad and that if all punters did that this type of set up would disappear, there is a lot of truth in that but being a man I understand that you've gone along expecting to have sex and the urge was just so strong you went ahead anyway. You were the victim of a bait and switch which means they either used fake pictures borrowed from the internet or they used the pictures of the most attractive woman who actually works at this place but other women work there as well.

Most punters have probably had a similar experience I certainly have but it's usually early on in your punting life and you learn from it, now I'm pretty good at spotting if an ad is for real or not and I would have the ability to walk away if it wasn't. As for the time you spent there well that's the thing about a bait and switch if the pictures are fake everything else about the punt will probably be crap as well, so yes that stuff about walking when you have the chance is good advice even if your gagging for sex, don't let your cock overrule your brain.

If you were there out of kindness you'd have given your money to the first person you saw and said 'There you go ma'am, have this to buy a pretty dress. Have a good day!' and left.

Sucks that you got played, but man the hell up you were there to pay for sex. You weren't there out of kindness and you didn't have a go on whoever was offered to you to stop yourself appearing rude either.
