Profile not showing on directcam . direct IM

Hi lasses

just noticed for the last half hour or so when I log on to directcam or the direct IM profile it does the usual connecting to server but my profile isn't showing that I'm online
I have logged on and off and refreshed the page but the profile still isn't showing I'm free for directcam ....
