Can't log onto JustCamit

I've downloaded it but whenever I try and log on it just comes up with Cannot connect to Server and Username must only contain letters a-z numbers 0-9 etc message. My username ends 121, could this be the problem?

Hi, my full username is miss amanda 121. Ah, so would I need to join the 3 words together? would that confuse the issue with my password?

Change username to miss_amanda_121

and that should work.
