hi i just buy a voucher of value 50 credits but i make a mistake I right the email adress rong and the profile is not on that adress what can i do.. i got the voucher on email but i can`t use id.. I`m new with AW and i don`t know what to do.. I try to contact them.. nothing

and ask them to cancel the voucher, you will then need to re-send it.
