Offering Webcam has been unticked!!

I have been web camming for over 2 weeks now (and earning too) but now the webcamming option in my registration details has been unticked and NOT by me!

I really have no idea why it is also not allowing my to re-tick it but it is coming up with the fact that I need to verify my details with a photo of my passport and I really did not want to have to do this as I have already been verified by a photo.

Is anyone else having this issue or anything like it?

They do ask people to re verify on occasion. The only way around it is to comply x
