That's a good idea. Have a bath first, then do it while the water is draining and try and keep it in until all the water has drained and then I can just shower off.
You're most welcome x

I used it while sitting on the toilet and it expelled straight away and I remained puzzled for some time after and then ended up with an infection and needed anti biotics. Needless to say it put me off doing it again, but also being an IBS sufferer I think that it might not be a bad thing for me to do periodically, just to have a bit of a clear out.
I had a kind of colonoscopy a few months ago, which is when it was agreed that I do have IBS and was completely cleared out then, which felt really good for a few days. Of course I have eaten plenty of crap since then, so back to normal now.
I also have ibs kate so i know whwer you are coming from also im very sluggish too so this adds more complications have to depend on laxatives to go which is areal bummer pardon the pun! it really does dominate your whole life i cannot eat any crap as i will not sleep with the ibs. i have been thinking of becoming an escort for a while but the bowel problems seem to get in the way part of my bowel shuts down and it causes alot of disruption and wakes me up leading to exhaustion i sort of have three good months then three bad months. bad patch is awful with lack of sleep affecting your memory your mood you forget things its really horrid i dread it coming around again.have to use sleeping tablets throughout these patches which are not ideal.
