website down / being slow?

the website wont load up which is annoying as I planned to do a full day of work today -_-

I do not believe this is a maintenance thing as I have searched for a pre-warning of the site being off line for such an event and have not found one. I have also pinged the site and there is an 88% packet data loss (all in all not good) however I'm sure the engineers are onto the matter and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

Hi, its a dos attack on the site. AW are usually quite quick to fix this.

Short for denial-of-service attack, a type of attack on a network that is designed to bring the network to its knees by flooding it with useless traffic.
