trying to do c2c

Hello!

I'm trying to offer c2c today for the first time but it isn't working! Whenever I right click on the name it just says 'member not found'. Which means that I also can't boot them out of the chat if I need to.

I have no idea why this is happening. I let a customer down earlier because I promised him c2c and it didn't work. Any ideas what the problem might be?

This probably wont help but its the only bug fix I know for 2way on JCI

"2-Way Cam only works with H264 video and Speex audio. Set each via the Video and Audio menus within JustCamIt."

With the member not found, they may have changed their username in registration settings, unlikely though.

You may need to contact AW for the answer sorry.

I've emailed AW. They seem baffled but hopefully they will be able to do something. Not sure if I'll have the same issueif I use a different computer. I swear I've been able to kick people out of the chat in the past, but now I can't even do that :/.
