hi hunnies im a webcamer on adult work, and today for the first time i had a message from adult work asking to upload a new photo id and face picture to verify my account even thou i already done it in the past, now i cant use direct chat or webcam booking system, just wondering if the same as happend to anyone else..., i am unable to use direct cam Sad this is very distressing, can anyone help??? please ADMIN can you help me or explain why is this happening?? all i want is to go back to normal and be able to do direct cam like i have been doing in the last few months THANK YOU

this is the message i get when i try to add webcam services to my profile

"The following problem(s) were detected:

Sorry, you cannot select 'Webcam Work' at this time, verification is required. To upload verification documents now, please"

NOTE: I have verified my account 10 months ago! i have sent all documents again and still not able to do any webcam work!!

Please HELP ME admin , thank you

Even if already verified they will ask you to do it again. This happened to me and was equally frustration but I contacted them and it got sorted very quickly.

I've been on AW nearly 4 years and I think I've been "verified" 3 times

In order to ensure the profiles are still genuine verification may be requested periodically.

Easiest thing to do is upload the documents again and you should be reviewed quite quickly.

There is a problem with girls "selling" their profiles... I think this might be why they ask for re-verification.

But once again, it is AW using the heavy hand. I don't know why they have to suspend the account... I can't see why they don't just ask politely for verification and if you fail to respond in a timely manner THEN suspend the account.

Could be understaffed and dont have the time to chase everyone around. Instant bans save time.

The above account wasnt suspended completely. Just a service stop.

Only AW will know the reasoning for their methods and thats good enough for me Smile They are a company I trust in.

Even though we may not understand the workings behind the scenes we have to believe they are being done in our best interest. They know all the factors in the situation and we have none.

Truth is, Admin, they do make a LOT of money... and they could, if they chose to, run their customer service differently. They choose to do it as cheaply as possible.

I don't distrust AW at all, but I think that it is about time they realised that their position of dominance is by no means guaranteed... there are loads of pretenders out there trying to steal the AW crown. They got to where they are by differentiating themselves and making themselves the de-facto adult work site... in the UK at least. My view is that to maintain their position, they would be wise to improve their relationship with the girls. And the biggest (very often the ONLY) complaint I hear from girls is that their accounts get shut down (of service restricted) with no notice... which has a DIRECT impact on their earnings.

It's not that difficult to understand - if you shut a girls camera down for a couple of days while she gets verified (again) she LOSES MONEY.

I've said it before and I will say it again (and again, and again, until I am blue in the face) AW need to understand that there is a difference between a newly activated profile and an established one.

Jem is probably one of AW's top cam girls... she is often on the front page and always seems to be working and every forum I go on, she is already there, making herself known, getting her profile out there... everyone knows Jem! And even SHE has been verified 3 times in 4 years. I don't think she resents having to go through the verification again, and I am sure she is happy to do it - but I bet she does resent getting her camera switched off with no notice especially considering how much money AW make out of her.

AW just need to settle down a bit and stop treating us all like we are petulant children who need to be beaten into submission. We actually like AW and we want to work with them, not against them... but sometimes it seems as though that feeling is not reciprocated.

This has also happened to me. i am registered for webcam work and have been for nearly 2 years now. all of a sudden its asking me to verify my account and they will decide if its acceptable. my account has also been SUSPENDED, i have not broken any rules that i know of. webcam is my livelyhood, adultwork make thousands off me every year so to suspend my account they are losing money and so am i.

i have emailed them my photo ID and the piece of paper with user ID/date and await for them to re activate my full account.

the worrying thing is my friend (lizsexyhousewife) has just set up her account, she has verified it and tried to add webcam work and she has had the same thing as me, even more worrying its been over a week and she has sent the photo ID and piece of paper with user ID/date on nearly every day. how many weeks am i going to have to do this to try to get reactived and how much money are adultwork and myself going to lose due to lose of earnings???

If you send ID and do not hear back within 48 hours (and you living in the UK and British) it could also be because something isnt correct with the documents.


For your account suspension contact AW is the normal manner (not email) and ask why the account was de-activated and how you can fix the issue. This will get the ball rolling.



Possible reasons for them asking for re-verification may include, the performer hasnt worked for a certain amount of time then starts to cam, complaints have been made, a new IP has accessed the account etc

She said she has sent it ever other day for nearly a week? is it because she lives in Bulgaria? is Bulgaria not an accepted country to do webcam work from?
