Renting studio in Manchester etc?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if I could get some advice. I'm trying to find a professional studio/apartment/outdoor location to host everything from boxing to oil wrestling.. I don't want a boxing ring, I want to keep it more "homely" looking. Problem is I don't know where to look... The only stuff I can find is studios which is just white with a backdrop.. and the only place I know doesn't want to host it because it's wrestling and has the potential for injury as a sport...

Anyway.. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations or a website where people advertise locations for hire.
