Direct Cam

Hi all,

Want to start direct camming and I am having issues.

keep getting this, even though I have changed my user name and it goes black on the direct cam tab.

The following problem(s) were detected:

* Sorry, your settings could not be saved
* &message=error:HostID not valid

please help

Its for the online version of JCI. Make sure your 4 boxes at the login screen are correct.

Hi thanks for the reply,

it's nice to know I can use the web browser on my Mac, not having to use the laptop.

But this is my problem:

Changed my username to fit in the correct criteria, then select web caming on the registration bit.

Then went into my Profile details and went to directIM

Then presented with this box:



as you can see after press save got this

but If i click on direct cam settings the username is ok




now if i try and connect i get the same issue.





help I am loosing my mind

AW admin has reset the Host ID for us, can you give it another go please and let us know?

Hi Admin

Can you please help, im having the same issue and cannot log into directcam or justcamit I have tried everything and tried the online version which also gives the Hostid invalid message. Please help
