So I have a question that I can't really find the answer to anywhere. I tried contacting adultwork via the link provided, then shortly after I got an email from one of those "THIS EMAIL WAS SENT FROM AN UNMONITORED EMAIL ACCOUNT" things basically saying "Hey, there was a keyword in your message that relates to this article have a look at this and if it still doesn't help, please let us know via the Help Centre But that's an infinite loop! Submit via Help Center > Matches Keyword > Suggest to Submit via Help Center. The initial confirmation email says they'll get back to me in 48 hours, which it hasn't been yet, but I just wanna know, does this automated response count as them "getting back to me"? Is my only option to infinitely send emails via the help center until I can somehow not match any keywords or will a real person also read my email and get back to me within 48 hours as well as this automated email?

Okay. I'm wanting to contact adultwork with a screenshot of somebody trying to bypass the credit system. Twice, I've asked them how to do this. Each time it's "contact us via help centre". I cannot attach said screenshot via help centre. Any ideas?
