ohhh hotlisted you for when I've run out, I was wondering where I could get some (they are on general sale in Germany, I get friends to bring some back for me, but not had a friend visit there in ages)

If ever I get caught out during tours and Mother Nature pays me a visit, I always have a ramer sponge with me the round ones. Being a heavy flower it does the trick. Have tried the soft tampon the sexual health clinics sometimes hand them out but find they do not always help enough.

I have the mirena coil which does away with overloaded hormones (it has a tiny amount but it's in situ) & best of all - periods! yay!

I tried the Mirena coil and Depo, both did absolutely horrendous things to me, and buggered up my sex life no end. My doctor finally allowed me to have my tubes tied at the age of thirty-three. They wouldn't allow me to do it until then, on the offchance I might want children. I don't, and never have. Always used to annoy me that they didn't think I knew what I wanted for my own body.
