voucher code is not working so far

Anyone else having issues with their credits being transferred to vouchers? I chatted with a rep from love2shop as I couldnt redeem my first voucher. They said I was not alone and that they were having issues with the same company that issued mine. Please help xxx

I spoke with the adultwork team , who have always been great , and it is now working. love2shop have since said that sometimes the code is produced before the funds go into the card which seems very strange. Anyways no worries as it is working. Sorry for being such a worrier.
