Agency has deleted profile

Hi

Was just wondering if anyone could help. My friend is with an agency and she wanted to leave and go independent. When she said this the agency have completely deleted her profile and she has lost all her reviews and is u able to make a new account. Is there anyway she can get her account back as surely that’s not right for them to do that?

Hi, they arent allowed to do that no, they should of released the profile, its an easy fix though, email help@adultwork.com and ask for it to be reenabled. Then click here https://www.adultwork.com/GroupHome.asp

Normally you would do this https://www.adultwork.com/ReactivateMe.asp but its very likely they changed the email address.

Once the account is back, check the profile settings for the blocked country list to make sure the UK hasnt been blocked.

They may also start a new account anytime yes.
