Problem viewing videos

Hi,

I've tried opening up a channel via email but the response time is slow and the instructions pretty useless.

I'm trying to view videos for provider - 4443502 

I can see videos for all other providers, so I know it's not my browser (I've tried different ones too). I've also got more than enough tokens.

Can anyone test or point me in the right direction? Keen to know whether this one is worth seeing or not.

I don’t know if admin of this forum will be able to figure out provide just by the number if they are not in their group this is more of an independent forum. Could it be possible you are blocked by this person and this why you cannot open .
