Accidental credit puchase - Refund back to debit card

Hello,
I went to purchase 5 credits and something strange happened where the payment page inadvertently refreshed without me doing anything, so had to enter my card details again. Because the payment popup window is so small on my screen, I didn't scroll up to check if 5 credits were selected, I assume the option would remain selected after the page had refreshed. Once hitting the pay button, much to my shock, it had selected 50 credits (am assuming this is the default option if nothing if selected) and has billed me £50. :-(

Is there a possibility of getting this refunded back to my card?

Hello , I think you'll need to contact AW via their main Web page and click on where it says help...it'll take you to another page where you can select your problem, hopefully you'll get refunded soon
