Hey hopefully anyone can help
Absolutely furious at AW issuing a FULL REFUND to a client who bought 10min special offer and cut off after 4 mins 45sec
They did not re-enter but AW have refunded the lot.
I have sent them details and screenshot showing the duratation he was in my room for and they replied saying
" Hello
Thank you for your email.
The member has been refunded the outstanding time remaining on the special
offer.

Has anyone else had this issue?
Will they give me the credits that I'm due for the time that he was in there?
