You have my sympathy. My back siezes up. Was doing heavy lifting on monday and its been killing me ever since!

Corsets aren't really that good for bad backs. You would be better off doing some gentle back strenghtening exercises. One of my clients showed me a few, but I'm not sure how to describe them to you.

Glad you are sorted sophie - Backache is never fun - had back pain for 25+ years now - got used to it but it still bites on occasion. All thanks to a tree that had rot in it.
