Daily pay took credits, but not been paid

Hi

Sent a DP request on the 7th for 121.75 credits, The credits where taken out on the 7th at 7:16pm but i haven't had them transferred to my bank account...i sent Daily pay an email around 8ish yesterday but still nothing yet....its never taken this long to come in so just making sure my credits havnt gone missing, and when can i expect them transferred?

Hi, bank was down 7th Oct Saturday 8am - 10pm. Any payouts sent during this time only arrived next working day, eg today.

Bank say everything sorted now. It affected some On Request members and a handful of new members. Auto dp was unaffected as it uses a different system.

Glad to see yours is in.
