Premium Snapchat and Whatsapp Subscriptions

Hey Guys 

I have seen a few profiles offering this but wondered if it was against the rules of AW...
Are you able to offer #Premium Subscriptions for Whatsapp or Snapchat and if you can are you able to list this in our stores or recieve payment via an AW Voucher?

I asked AW this previously and they said we couldnt offer it even if AW was used to pay the sub fee. I see loads offering it and don't understand why t's an issue but clearly it is!
