References for Private Rent

Afternoon Lovelies....
I am sure I have seen something simular to my post on the forum before but I can't seem to find it 

I am currently living with my parents but am finally looking to move out to my own place but I was wondering if there was a way of providing references and changing the description of my Job Title from Webccam Performer | Adult Model etc to something a little more discreet as I really do not want a rental agency knowing what I do just for the pure fact it is my private work life and it has nothing to do with them..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you
