There was a news item the other day to the effect that they were going to permanently block any porn sites by default, and if you wish to access them you have to let them know.
I am with Virgin Media, and have got onto adultwork tonight without a problem. I won't be terribly happy if I have to specifically go to them and say please let me access porn, because that will mean my name will be on a database somewhere, which may well then trigger a knock on the door from the boys in blue, if the government decide to take the moral high ground a bit further!
If they do ever block all porn sites by default you can always get a vpn or ip changer. That way you won't need to request they unblock porn sites and your name will not land on a data base.

Don't hold your breath, I've been battling with Virgin for weeks. I must have seen dozens of engineers, when they leave everything's fine but it soon goes belly up.
I was talking to a client of mine a couple of weeks ago, and he said that while he paid for the 50 mb line he had no problem, but when he downgraded to 20 mb to reduce his costs the service was up and down like a yo-yo.
Is this some sinister marketing ply to get us all to pay for a faster line speed?
I just want to have fun
