I couldnt give up my bread but I have cut down - got to say the Weightwatchers diet works for me

Progress so far - weight on Monday 25th July 16s 4lb, total weight loss 3s 2lbs

Weight to lose 2s 4lbs

And got to say feeling so much better for it!

How long have you been going for Monty? If you find the weight loss comes to a stop (which sometimes happens) try slimming world. I lost 8lb in the first week when I did that last time. I should really enrole in that again, as I have totally lost it when it comes to food at the moment. Although I haven't been too bad during this tour, I have been much worse before. I lost nearly 3 stone before my sisters wedding over 3 or 4 months. That was 2 years ago this Christmas.

I started Mid April and the target is to have lost the weight by Christmas!
