Maybe they just need to respond appropriately to their loyal Service Providers in the first instance! (i.e., NOT automated messages). Its one thing for one to have a wrong doing done against one!... and another matter when its ignored by those who are in a position to 'Help' (+ to add insult to injury they keep sending you round in ever decreasing circles to the ever so helpful 'Help' section!!).
Sometimes a one size category does not/cannot fit all!
