Profile quirks

This should be in the Service Providers forum but I am a punter asking for an escort and didn't want to risk breaking any rules.

She has recently set up her profile and it is online. However, she cannot get the Penetration (protected) item to appear in her Enjoys list - the tick simply won't work.

Obviously this is a pretty important element to have showing so I wondered if there is a successful way to get this sorted out when service providers meet this sort of issue.
