you know, I'm not that stupid. I understand that it is not automatic, but aw guys thinks that I'm stupid. And they tell me that is automatic, while clearly I see other profiles having them, so it's not automatic. No need to lie to me.

Firstly, I have already told you that I am unable to change services on my profile and it is restricted, I am British, have been on the site for many years, so please move on from being the victim of that scenario.

Nor can British girls get away with writing anything on their profile that is not allowed in the rules, I have had my own profile suspended after breaching the rules of certain wording, not that I realised at he time "THEY" had changed the rules, as it was wording I had used for years.

Now, taking that you have heeded your own advice above and calmed down, we need to look at your problem.

From experience, when things are not going well for you, it is best to tackle one problem at a time, try not to think about anything else for the minute, your first problem seems to be that you are unable to alter the services you offer, once you have sorted that out, maybe the other things will no longer be a problem.

As I said before, AW customer support is not the best and I am guessing that not all of them are native English speaking, this seems to be the norm with many large companies, arguing with them will not get your support tickets looked on favourably.

BTW A question for you....

I have just looked at your profile and see that you have a link to your own web site, yet you do not have your telephone number showing. I thought a link to your personal site would only show if you were displaying your phone number.
