Hi, I would check windows updates. If the program is crashing then its most likely related to your computer directly. Close any programs that you believe may interfere with JCI and run tests, if it stops crashing then you have found the problem.
Im going for outdated software/updates/drivers and/ or conflicting software, eg video splitters.
