Probably yes, but it increases the chance that somebody (either the escort or the client) will miss out a stage.
What's currently supposed to happen is that the booking is arranged by other means ( AW email, phonecall, or text), the client then enters a "scheduled" booking, the escort changes it to "confirmed" AFTER the session, and both can then leave a rating and feedback: if a booking is left as "scheduled", a feedback-only comment can still be left, but no rating. But some escorts confirm BEFORE the meeting, apparently to reassure the client that she's seen the booking request and now has it in her diary. And some never confirm at all: I've seen profiles with numerous favourable "feedback-only" comments from clients who were unable to give a rating because she failed to confirm.
It would be difficult to design a system that couldn't be abused by either a dodgy client or a dishonest escort, without making it perhaps too complicated, given that even the relatively simple current system isn't being used properly in many cases.
