In the first instance he should report the incident to the police rather than be thinking of writing feedback on AW.
A booking could not be rejected once it has been confirmed, that would be pointless, as it is an agreement between both parties, if it was cancelled then both parties would, as they are now, be able to give their side of the story. We are talking about rejecting a booking so it does not go ahead, being able to say to a guy that you are not available.
At present a guy is able to make a booking, as happened to me recently, 55 minutes before the booking and then leave bad feedback as I did not get back to him, when I had not had a chance to see the booking.
A scammer is unlikely to be bothered by bad feedback as they can quite easily hide the feedback or just create a new profile.
