Hi Admin,
Usually I get cheques but ironically to save myself time and hassle I switched to ESP and it didn't go through!
I don't understand as double checked with my bank, Halifax, and they confirmed the details I was given are correct...
In the email from AW they said that my BIC code wasn't right, and that it needed a branch code after it or something?
Like I say, spoke to Halifax 3 times and they told me all the info I was given was correct
AW said my credits will be returned to my account, does that mean in full or with the admin fee? Will I have to pay the admin fee twice now?
Please help.
