She said she has sent it ever other day for nearly a week? is it because she lives in Bulgaria? is Bulgaria not an accepted country to do webcam work from?
Sending ID nearly everyday and not hearing back could be because each time you send it you reset the process, as noted on the verification page.
If you send ID and do not hear back within 48 hours (and you living in the UK and British) it could also be because something isnt correct with the documents.
For your account suspension contact AW is the normal manner (not email) and ask why the account was de-activated and how you can fix the issue. This will get the ball rolling.
Possible reasons for them asking for re-verification may include, the performer hasnt worked for a certain amount of time then starts to cam, complaints have been made, a new IP has accessed the account etc
