Hi admin. Daily pay delay from NF and IWC due to Good Friday? If so will it be Tues till we receive funds? Transfer requested 7/04 but only received funds from AW. Sent message on Whatsapp also. I forgot about Easter.
Also not understanding the relevance of this new ticket system mentioned on Whatsapp which simply connects to each site's general support and not with DP. Is Whatsapp still the best way to contact DP ?

Hi, Tuesday yes.
Our ticket system is here https//www.dailypayservice.com/help and eah department is for the staff here who deal with each site, all DP staff.
Whatsapp is fine for general queries, at any given moment their may be a few hundred people with pending queries in though so its not a quick reply from there. If the query outside the scope of the whatsapp staff, who have general knowledge, they will then message the department the query is related to. Where as with teh ticket system members are able to directly communicate with the right people straight away.
